For over a decade, Moresi & Associates has been the premier provider of safe and modern off campus housing accommodations for students attending the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts located in downtown North Adams. In 2014 Moresi & Associates expanded upon their offering of college student housing by developing units in nearby Williamstown, MA to provide a new alternative to students attending Williams College. All units under our ownership are updated with modern amenities and the latest in safety features, such as emergency lighting systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems and of course, fire alarm systems.

Moresi and Associates is the best choice for student housing at MCLA. We offer clean, safe, and spacious apartments near campus of all sizes. Many units have been recently renovated! Our maintenance team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency issues.
